Membership & Student Directory Information

Adams Student Directory:

  • Each year the PTO puts out a directory containing contact information for Adams families.
  • The PTO Student Directory, is the only way to get addresses for birthday parties, play dates, etc. as the school is not allowed to release student information.
  • The PTO uses our website to produce the student directory. Families who wish to have their information published in the student directory must register on the website and enter their contact information. We use this process so that YOU have complete control over your personal information.
  • AGAIN, REGISTERING ON THE WEBSITE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR FAMILY’S INFO IN THE STUDENT DIRECTORY.
  • You do not have to join the PTO to be in the student directory; however, only paid PTO members receive a printed copy of the student directory and access to the online student directory.

Adams PTO Membership:

  • All families are encouraged to join the PTO! Families must renew their memberships each year.
  • PTO membership benefits include: receiving a printed student directory & access to the online directory, getting to know school staff, meeting other families, connecting to your child’s education, and voting on important PTO decisions.
  • You may pick 1 of 2 ways to join the PTO:
    1. Register on the PTO website and pay the PTO membership fee online—it is quick and easy! Click the link below for complete instructions.
    2. Turn in the pink PTO Membership form and $10 fee –simply detach the PTO Membership form from the bottom of this page and return it to school at the Open House or to the office by Sept. 1st.
